Pascale's is a gourmet specialty food company based in Delray Beach, Florida specializing in Tropical Fruit Preserves, Jams and Jellies and of course our renowned Mango Hot Sauce and Papaya Hot Sauce.
We cook in small batches, hand made and hand poured. Made in our new 700 sq. ft. commercial kitchen.
The raw ingredients, whenever possible, come from organic and/or sustainable farms and are seasonal. Our ingredients change with the seasons, look for our Mango Ginger Lime Preserve, Litchi Raspberry, Strawberry Vanilla, Pluot PLums, Lemon and Orange Preserves, Apricot, Pomegranate and Cranberry and many more.
No artificial anything, no fillers or anything that nature hasn't provide.
