
All our Jams, Jellies, Preserves and HOT Sauce are made with as many organic ingredients as possible. We maintain strict observance to the "Sustainable Agricultural Philosophy"...we shop locally and seasonally.
LOW SUGAR JAMS
Our Jams and Preserve are made using time tested methods and care is taken to use the least amount of sugar as possible. Please note, some of our products contain NUTS.
GOING TROPICAL
Our Mango HOT Sauce is, we believe a perfect balance of flavor and heat. We use Scotch Bonnet with the Mango [rated between 100,000 and 350,000 Scoville Units] and Caribbean Reds with the Papaya [which rate a bit higher]...needless to say, we recommend caution at first, use a drop at a time, until you acquire a taste for more.
